Desarrollo del Tour:

Día 01: .... / Lima. (-/-/-)

  • A su llegada a Lima Perú, recepción y traslado al hotel seleccionado y acomodación.

Día 02: Lima City Tour (D/-/-)

  • Desayuno en el hotel.
    Por la mañana visitaremos la parte Colonial y Moderna de Lima, visitaremos Lima en sus 3 periodos históricos, Pre – Hispánico, Colonial y Moderno. Tendremos una vista panorámica de “La Huaca Pucllana”, visitaremos el imponente Centro Histórico de Lima, sus palacios, casonas, iglesias y plazas finalizando con la visita a la zona residencial y financiera de San Isidro.
  • Finalmente tendremos una vista inolvidable del Océano Pacífico en el distrito de Miraflores, degustando de un plato tipico del Perú en un Restaurante a la vahia del mar peruano. Retorno al hotel.
    Alojamiento en Lima. 

Día 03: Lima - Cusco City Tour (D/-/-)

  • Desayuno en el hotel.
  • Traslado al aeropuerto y viaje a la ciudad imperial del Cusco. 
  • Por la tarde, tendrá un recorrido completo por la ciudad de Cusco. Durante el City Tour de Cusco descubrirá la belleza y la magia de Cusco, la Capital Imperial de los Incas.
  • Nuestro recorrido por Cusco comienza cuando nos dirigiremos primero a la maravillosa Catedral, ubicada en la Plaza de Armas. Construida entre 1560 y 1654 sobre los cimientos de un templo inca existente, esta espectacular catedral alberga muchas obras de arte de la escuela de pintores del Cuzco, y su altar principal y púlpito están cubiertos con relieves de oro y plata. Mire con atención y también verá elementos del simbolismo religioso indígena incorporados a la iglesia por los nativos que trabajaron en su construcción, como la cabeza de jaguar tallada en las puertas.
  • Después de visitar la Catedral, nos dirigiremos al Qoricancha, al lado de la Iglesia de Santo Domingo. Según los cronistas que escribieron durante el período inmediatamente posterior a la conquista española, el Qoricancha era el templo más sagrado e importante del Imperio Inca. Sus paredes estaban cubiertas de oro y estatuas de plantas y animales de tamaño natural, todas ellas hechas de oro y plata puros, decoraban sus habitaciones y pasillos. Lamentablemente, esta riqueza fue despojada por los conquistadores españoles.
  • Después de explorar la Catedral y el Qoricancha, subiremos la colina hacia el Complejo Arqueológico de Qenqo, Pucapucara y Tambomachay.
  • En Tambomachay se desconoce el propósito exacto de este sitio, pero pudo haber funcionado, al menos en parte, como un balneario inca. La ingeniería hidráulica inca es evidente aquí, con una serie de acueductos, canales y cascadas que atraviesan las rocas en terrazas.
  • Nuestra siguiente parada es la imponente fortaleza inca de Sacsayhuamán, que se encuentra en una colina sobre Cuzco. Aquí verá algunos de los mejores ejemplos de mampostería y construcción inca, incluidas rocas masivas que fueron cuidadosamente cortadas y perfectamente encajadas para formar las paredes.
  • Finalmente, regresará al hotel.

Dia 04: Cusco - Super Valle, Chincheros, Maras, Moray - Machu Picchu (D/A/-)

  • Nuestro recorrido comienza cuando lo recogemos de su hotel en Cusco alrededor de las 07h00. Nuestro primer punto es Chinchero, donde pasaremos unos 30 minutos visitando la famosa iglesia y el enorme muro de piedra inca en la plaza principal, que tiene diez nichos trapezoidales. La iglesia colonial, por su parte, data de principios del siglo XVII y fue construida sobre los cimientos de un templo o palacio inca. Las paredes de la iglesia están cubiertas de maravillosos diseños florales y religiosos. La gente de Chinchero está muy conectada con las antiguas tradiciones y muchos todavía visten ropas coloridas que combinan influencias indígenas y españolas.
  • Luego nos dirigiremos al magnífico complejo de Moray, el laboratorio agrícola Inca. Se tarda aproximadamente 1,5 horas en llegar, pero conduciremos a través de espectaculares paisajes andinos, pasando por campos de trigo amarillos, pintorescos pueblos tradicionales y montañas cubiertas de nieve. Al llegar a Moray, su guía le mostrará las tres estructuras en terrazas con forma de anfiteatro. Se cree que estas terrazas, que están talladas en una serie circular para crear una forma de cuenco, se utilizaron como campo de prueba para diversos cultivos, para encontrar las condiciones de crecimiento más óptimas. Es una vista increíble y brinda una visión real del genio del Imperio Inca.
  • Después de explorar Moray nos dirigiremos a Maras, que está a sólo dos millas de distancia. Aquí veremos las increíbles lagunas de evaporación de sal, que fueron utilizadas por los incas y muy posiblemente por las civilizaciones preincas. Más de 3.000 piscinas de sal están excavadas en la ladera de la montaña, que recogen agua muy salada cuando emerge de un manantial en la montaña. Los estanques recogen esta agua, donde se evapora lentamente, dejando sólo la sal. Esta se recolecta mediante un proceso comunitario y se utiliza sobre todo para hacer sal de Maras, la famosa sal de mesa rosa. Es una vista increíble contemplar los estanques de sal, que parecen cubiertos de nieve o hielo.
  • Ahora nos dirigiremos hacia Urubamba, donde nos detendremos durante unos 45 minutos para almorzar. Luego llegaremos al maravilloso pueblo inca y sitio arqueológico de Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo fue propiedad real del emperador inca Pachacuti, quien conquistó la región y construyó el pueblo y un centro ceremonial. Pasaremos aproximadamente una hora explorando estas magníficas ruinas, visitando el increíble Templo del Sol y viendo enormes bloques de roca perfectamente tallados y pulidos por maestros canteros incas. Ollantaytambo es también un excelente ejemplo de construcción agrícola e hidroingeniería inca, con una compleja serie de fuentes de agua de piedra, canales y terrazas agrícolas, estas últimas organizadas por elevación para crear diferentes microclimas para la experimentación de cultivos.
  • Veremos la extensión del sistema de agua cuando regresemos al pueblo, donde los canales de agua de rápido flujo construidos por los Incas todavía están en uso hoy.
  • Después de Ollantaytambo, nos dirigiremos a la estación de tren para abordar el tren hacia Aguas Calientes, también conocido como Machu Picchu Pueblo. El viaje en tren de dos horas es una experiencia memorable en sí misma, ya que pasamos por cañones de ríos y colinas,
  • Llegada a la Villa de Aguas Calientes nuestro guia lo estara esperando para conducirlo a su hotel y podra recibir indicaciones para el tour mas importante del dia siguiente.
  • Finalmente podra degustar de una cena en los Restaurantes de la zona.
  • Alojamiento en Machu Picchu pueblo. 

Día 05: Machu Picchu Full day (D/-/-)

  • Para apreciar mejor Machu Picchu, nos levantaremos temprano en la mañana para poder llegar a la ciudadela a tiempo. Primero tendrá tiempo para desayunar y luego su guía lo recogerá del hotel alrededor de las 6:00 a. m. Luego caminaremos hasta el punto de partida del autobús para un ascenso en zigzag por el camino a Machu Picchu.
  • Luego pasaremos por las puertas al sitio arqueológico de Machu Picchu. Aquí comenzará su visita guiada a pie con un guía experimentado y altamente informado. Nuestro recorrido por Machu Picchu durará aproximadamente dos horas y lo llevará a todas las partes más famosas y espectaculares del extenso complejo arqueológico. Y mientras caminamos, tendremos vistas espectaculares de las terrazas agrícolas de Machu Picchu y de las montañas circundantes y las profundas gargantas.
  • Una vez que hayamos terminado nuestro recorrido por Machu Picchu, tomaremos el autobús de regreso a Aguas Calientes, donde podrá relajarse y almorzar antes de abordar el tren de regreso a Ollantaytambo. A su llegada a la estación, lo estaremos esperando para llevarlo de regreso a su hotel en Cusco.

  • Después del desayuno tiempo libre, a hora oportuna traslado de salida al aeropuerto y viaje a Lima para su conexión a su vuelo internacional.

About the Scope of Our Service

About Prices of programs and services:

  • All prices are listed in American dollars and include all taxes for tourists non-residents in Peru
  • Prices for groups over 15 passengers are subject to discounts. Please ask our reservation agent at email: reservas@perutopadventure.com

About Reservations, Payments and Deposits:

  • The system must only process reserves received at least 7 days before the date of beginning of the tourist services. Otherwise Peru Top Adventure, reserve the right of deny the reserve
  • To confirm your reserves, we must have received the payment for services or the guarantee deposit 50 %.
  • All payments or deposits must be made through our Online System, Bank Accounts, PayPal or Western Union.
  • The reservation will be confirmed when our system will report through an e-mail the status of confirmed and the corresponding code of confirmation in where we will send you an electronic tickets with the necessary information that has validity of contract.
  • The charges on your credit card will be carried out after you have confirmed the availability of all the services requested.

About Reservations for tours and tourist packages:

  • All requirement of tourist package or tour which are confirmed, have all services guaranteed.
  • The confirmation of your reserve must be sent by e-mail with the reservation code of each tourist program required.
  • The confirmation will only proceed after we receive your on-line reserve or a guarantee deposit 50 %
  • The guarantee deposit is a payment in advance, which is not refundable if the reserve is cancelled.
  • The total payment of the packages / tours must be made 60 days prior of the beginning date of the travel program.
  • Is responsibility of the passengers to bring their arrival and departure information at proper anticipation.
  • In case the passenger .requires pick up from a different point than the one set in the program - itinerary, must have to coordinate in advance with Peru Top Adventure.
  • Parts of the package / tour not used by passenger due its own decision will be not refunded if package / tour is going on.

Penalties:

  • Every cancellation made by passenger before 60 days prior the beginning date of the tour, must be subject to a penalty of US $ 140 of the non-refundable deposit plus US $ 25 of administrative expenses.
  • Every cancellation made by passenger within 59 and 31 days prior the beginning date of tour, must be subject to a penalty of 45% of the program price plus US $ 25 of administrative expenses.
  • Every cancellation made by passenger, between 29 or less prior the beginning date of the tour must be subject to a penalty of 100% of the program price.
  • The reserve of the programs for Inca Trail is not refundable in any case.

Hotels in Travel Programs:

  • As it is shown in each program, the rates are fixed by person, and by the number of night specified.
  • Peru Top Adventure reserved the right to replace hotels of the same category or higher.
  • It is limited the number of single and matrimonial rooms.

Train in Travel Programs:

  • You will get the information of the itinerary with the category of train service to the development of tours, suppliers of inland waterway transport services are monitored in a direct and permanent manner to ensure a quality service.
  • Peru Top Adventure, reserves the right to substitute the services of the same category because of strikes or social problems.
  • The Train tickets are e-tickets the passenger only can show the passport of identification document at the counter and give the confirmation code, then you can pick up your boarding pass or ticket.
  • Passengers may contact the transporter one day before the departure, in order to reconfirm the departure hour. It can change.

Buses in Travel Programs:

  • You will get the information of the itinerary with the category of tourist transportation service to the development of tours, suppliers of bus transport services are monitored in a direct and permanent manner to ensure a quality service.
  • Peru Top Adventure, reserves the right to substitute the services of the same category because of strikes or social problems.
  • The Buses tickets are e-tickets the passenger only can show the passport of identification document at the counter and give the confirmation code, then you can pick up your boarding pass or ticket.
  • Passengers may contact the transporter one day before the departure, in order to reconfirm the departure hour. It can change.

About documents:

  • The passengers must carry with themselves a passport or travel document depending on their nationality, it is legal rule in Peru.
  • About Baggage
  • Baggage transportation is limited to 44 lb (20 Kg) per passenger for all domestic flights and local land carriers if there is no other indication.
  • The owners have the responsibility of their baggage, unless the baggage has an own insurance.
  • Smalls objects as video or photo cameras, binoculars, bags, umbrellas, etc. are responsibility of their owners, and is recommendable to get an insurance.
  • Is recommendable to carry all the baggage well closed and with personal identification.

About Air Transport – Land Transport:

  • The airlines or land transport companies have no responsibility for any act or event that passengers may suffer while these are not aboard the plane, train or bus.
  • When the package or tours include a promotional rate air or land and the customer to change the departure date is subject to a penalty.

About Meals:

  • In all flights and land transportation, meals and snacks are given to passengers according to Transport Company.
  • Some tour programs include the meals specified in the itinerary, these are described as: (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner).
  • All other meals are responsibility of the passenger.

About Execution of Reimbursement of the Packages, Tours, Accommodations or Transport Tickets:

  • If for any reason out of our control, the Tourist Services Operator Company stop bringing any service: hotels, meals and or transportation as indicated in the travel program, a reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim or write out authorization from any of our local or foreign agents.
  • Refunds for cancelations requested by passengers will be processed within 30 working days after received the passenger claim. The refund will be subject to the penalties in each case.
  • No claims will be considered if made later than 60 days after termination of the tour.

About Responsibilities and Obligations the Travel Agency Peru Top Adventure:

  • Obligation of services non-given due negligence from Go2Peru or our personnel, will be limited to the real cost of the omitted services and excludes all consequences or indirect costs.
  • In that eventual case, Go2Peru will make its best effort to bring arrangements of similar value, subject to availability.
  • Peru Top Adventure, to publish these tourist services, Tours, Tourist Packages, is responsible for the confirmed services, to provide the services and accommodations offered to passengers, as are declared in the itinerary of the program and published in our Web Site.
  • The passenger accepts that Peru Top Adventure has not obligation and is not responsible for the services offered not provided in case natural disasters, severe weather conditions or any other acts of nature or any cases that cannot be anticipated. Also the passenger recognize that Peru Top Adventure will be no responsibility for the services offered not provided in case of strikes, accidents, political manifestations or any public act outside the control of Peru Top Adventure. In this case, the value of the contracted service will not be reimbursable.
  • If for any reason the transportation chosen by the passenger (bus, flight, train, etc.) don't arrive to destiny at the date and hour programmed for take tour or program reserved Peru Top Adventure deny all responsibility for not bringing the tour or package services; these services will not be reprogrammed. Peru Top Adventure, will only provide the service from the portion that corresponds from the arrival of the passenger, the portion of the program lost for this reason is not refundable.
  • Peru Top Adventure, if by reason of emergency reserves the right to alter the program of any package / tour this will be always to the benefit of the passenger.
  • Peru Top Adventure will send all e-tickets and confirmations of services through the e-mail given by passenger in the reservation form.
  • Services brought by this system are intangible, so if for any reason passengers don´t take the services at the scheduled date and hour, must assume total cost of them
  • Peru Top Adventure, will be pending the displacement of the scheduled tour, monitoring the compliance of the same in a direct way, being responsible for the transfers considered within the program.
