ITINERARIO

Día 1: …../ Puerto Maldonado
A su llegada a Puerto Maldonado, la Capital de la Biodiversidad del Perú, le recibiremos en el aeropuerto. Luego iniciaremos nuestro programa, con una visita en bus, por la ciudad.
Después nos dirigiremos al Puerto Capitanía, donde lo esperará nuestra embarcación en la que navegaremos por el Río Bajo Madre de Dios (Rio Serpenteante), hasta llegar a nuestro albergue, ubicado a treinta kilómetros de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado.
En el trayecto, podrá observar predios rurales destinados a actividades agrícolas y ganaderas cerca de la ciudad. Si el tiempo es propicio, avistará coloridas plantas como las heliconias de flores gigantes, y la posibilidad de observar animales, como ronsocos, caimanes, tortugas acuáticas, garzas, cormoranes, aves de carroña y de presa.
Al llegar a nuestro albergue, será recibido con un delicioso néctar de frutas tropicales amazónicas y conducido a su cómoda habitación (bungalow), reservado para la ocasión. Una vez instalado, un suculento almuerzo lo esperará en nuestro acogedor comedor de diseño rústico.

COCHA CAIMÁN
Por la tarde, será conducido por nuestro guía especializado a través de una trocha interpretativa convenientemente señalizada hacia la Cocha Caimán, una pequeña laguna dode tendrá la posibilidad de observar al caimán negro y caimán blanco, eficientes depredadores ubicados en la cúspide de la cadena alimenticia, que viven de la abundante fauna hídrica de la cocha, representada por especies de peces.
Al final de la tarde, será testigo del espectacular atardecer en la Amazonía, una experiencia llena de color en gamas e intensidades sobrecogedoras.
Al retornar al albergue, lo esperará una deliciosa cena y tendrá tiempo libre para compartir momentos inolvidables en nuestro bar, equipado con una excelente sala de juegos de mesa y provisto de todas las bebidas que usted pueda imaginar.
La fauna nocturna se encargará de arrullarlo con la melodía de una infinidad de cantos y voces de diversas aves.

Día 02: Lago Apu Victor / Isla de los Monos
Las aves del paraíso cantarán para despertarlo renovado. Un suculento desayuno le proveerá de la energía necesaria para una mañana llena de experiencias nuevas.
LAGO APU VÍCTOR: Luego del desayuno, iniciaremos una caminata hacia el bosque profundo, siguiendo trochas preparadas, convenientemente conservado y señalizado. En el trayecto, atravesaremos el bosque ribereño hacia bosques más elevados, y luego descenderemos a bosques inundables, para subir nuevamente a bosques de colina. Durante el trayecto, seremos testigos de la más variada gama de especies de flora y fauna en estado silvestre.
En el trayecto, identificará especies de árboles frutales, forestales y medicinales que sustentan a las poblaciones animales y humanas en los bosques amazónicos. Entre estas destacan el aguaje, la caoba, la castaña, la catahua, el cedro, el cético, la copaiba, el shihuahuaco.
Con suerte y en silencio, podrá avistar mamíferos mayores, como la sachavaca y la huangana; roedores como la nutria gigante, el ronsoco, el majaz y el armadillo; primates como el coto o mono aullador y el frailecillo leoncillio, martín negro o capuchino; reptiles como la iguana y el jergón; anfibios como el sapo y aves como la pava de monte, la perdiz, el periquito dorado y el guacamayo azul, amarillo y rojo.
En la selva lluviosa apreciará insectos como mariposas (Lepidópteros), escarabajos (Coleópteros), grillos, chicharras, hormigas, ciempiés y milpiés de diversas especies.
Llegamos al majestuoso Lago Apu Víctor rodeado de inmensos pantanos y arboles gigantescos. Mirador amazónico (enorme plataforma de observación), desde el cual disfrutará una vista panorámica sobre el lago, observando Loros, Guacamayos, Tucanes, Camungos, Shanshos, Garzas y otros animales como Caimanes, Tortugas, etc.
Variedades de peces, ingresan al lago Apu Víctor con las inundaciones de la temporada de lluvias (creciente). Además, existen otras especies de fauna asociada al lago, como el motelo, la matamata, la charapita de aguajal, el fraile, la chozna, el venado colorado, el añuje y las nutrias gigantes de la Selva Amazónica.
De regreso al albergue, lo esperará un reparador almuerzo.
ISLA DE LOS MONOS
Por la tarde, acompañados de nuestro guía especializado, visitaremos la Isla de los Monos, ubicada a escasos minutos del albergue en el corazón del río Madre de Dios. Esta isla muestra una enorme variedad de flora exuberante y alberga numerosos especímenes de primates, como el maquisapa, el capuchino y el frailecillo y leoncillo. Además de otras especies de mamíferos pequeños, como el coatí (Nasua), la ardilla y una enorme variedad de coloridas aves.
Finalmente, completaremos nuestra visita de la isla, disfrutando la puesta del Sol, con el más impresionante ocaso en la selva.
De vuelta en el albergue, podrá degustar de una exquisita cena.

Día 03: Cocha perdida
La magia empieza con los cantos de aves del paraíso amazónico, al despertar con el canto del mono aullador. Un suculento desayuno lo proveerá de la energía necesaria para una mañana llena de experiencias nuevas.
COCHA PERDIDA
Luego del desayuno, iniciaremos una aventura por la selva virgen, acompañados por nuestro guía local, realizaremos una caminata hacia el bosque profundo: recorreremos trochas preparadas de nuestro circuito interpretativo muy bien conservadas. En el trayecto, cruzaremos cursos temporales de agua denominados caños, a través de puentes en muy buen estado y seremos testigos de la más amplia gama de especies de flora y fauna en estado silvestre. Conoceremos una gran variedad de plantas ornamentales de incomparable belleza.
En el trayecto a la Cocha Perdida, identificaremos especies de árboles frutales, forestales y medicinales que sustentan a las poblaciones de animales en los bosques amazónicos.
Con suerte, podremos avistar mamíferos mayores como el jaguar u otorongo, la sachavaca y la huangana; roedores como la nutria gigante, el ronsoco, el majaz y el armadillo; primates como el coto o mono aullador y el frailecillo; reptiles como la iguana y el jergón; anfibios como el sapo y aves como la pava de monte, la perdiz, el periquito dorado y el guacamayo rojo, azul y amarillo.
Los ríos dejan a su paso sistemas de humedales lagos, cochas y meandros, como la espectacular Cocha Perdida.
Los humedales cumplen un rol ecológico de suma importancia, pues representan un foco biológico sustancial con especies endémicas. Son refugio de mamíferos. Estos aguajales conforman el setenta por ciento del área que Eco Amazonía Lodge protege y restaura.
La presencia del aguaje es muy importante para las etnias amazónicas. Es una planta de misterio. El aguaje es la madre de la floresta o árbol de la vida.
El aguajal Alberga celosos guardianes como el jaguar felino considerado hijo del aguajal, la anaconda, la serpiente más grande del mundo, la lechuza que todo lo ve desde su morada en lo alto de su copa para entregar alivio a todos los males, y el caimán negro guardián que castiga a quien se atreva a derribar los aguajes femeninos.
Una vez en la Cocha Perdida, ascenderemos a una enorme plataforma de observación. Desde este mirador, se apreciará la enorme superficie que abarca este mágico lugar donde podrá apreciar dos tipos de aguajales: densos y mixtos.
Luego daremos un placentero paseo alrededor de la Cocha Perdida y si la suerte lo acompaña, podrá avistar a la “nutria gigante” Pteronurabrasiliensis, la más grande en su tipo y uno de los animales más impresionantes de la Amazonía.
Devuelta en el albergue podrá disfrutar de un exquisito almuerzo

Por la tarde, libre para realizar fotografía alrededor del albergue, también tendrá la posibilidad de visitar al jardín botánico y observar nuestras plantas medicinales y frutales.
Por la noche podrá degustar nuestra deliciosa cena. Si el cuerpo se lo permite, podrá disfrutar de una noche divertida en nuestro bar y sala de juegos.

Día 04: Río Gamitana o Briolo
Tras una reparadora noche de descanso, las poderosas vocalizaciones producidas por el aparato vocal el mono aullador, le darán los buenos días. En nuestro comedor lo espera un suculento desayuno.
RÍO GAMITANA O BRIOLO
Despues del desayuno, iniciaremos nuestra excursión por la mágica selva amazónica, navegando por el Río Madre De Dios, hasta llegar al Rio Gamitana o Briolo, donde tendrá una divertida y refrescante experiencia con la posibilidad de nadar en sus aguas cristalinas y realizar actividades de pesca deportiva también tendrá la oportunidad de observar aves, caimanes, tortugas y el majestuoso panorama del rio Madre de Dios y con la visita a una familia local dedicada a la agricultura en plena selva a orillas del rio Madre de Dios.
De retorno en el albergue podrá degustar un exquisito almuerzo.
Por la tarde, libre para realizar fotografía alrededor del albergue, también tendrá la posibilidad de visitar al jardín botánico y observar nuestras plantas medicinales y frutales.
Por la noche podrá degustar nuestra cena de despedida. Si el cuerpo se lo permite, podrá disfrutar de una noche divertida en nuestro bar y sala de juegos, para despedirse de los amigos que hará durante su estancia en el albergue.

Día 05: Puerto Maldonado /……
Por la mañana las aves del paraíso expresaran su canto para despertarlo y el mono aullador le advertirá, que aún se encuentra en sus dominios y que llegó el momento de partir.
Después del desayuno traslado al aeropuerto de Puerto Maldonado para su salida a la ciudad de Lima y salida internacional.

About Prices of programs and services:

All prices are listed in American dollars and include all taxes for tourists non-residents in Peru
Prices for groups over 15 passengers are subject to discounts. Please ask our reservation agent at email: reservas@perutopadventure.com

About Reservations, Payments and Deposits:

The system must only process reserves received at least 7 days before the date of beginning of the tourist services. Otherwise Peru Top Adventure, reserve the right of deny the reserve
To confirm your reserves, we must have received the payment for services or the guarantee deposit 50 %.
All payments or deposits must be made through our Online System, Bank Accounts, PayPal or Western Union.
The reservation will be confirmed when our system will report through an e-mail the status of confirmed and the corresponding code of confirmation in where we will send you an electronic tickets with the necessary information that has validity of contract.

About Reservations for tours and tourist packages:

All requirement of tourist package or tour which are confirmed, have all services guaranteed.
The confirmation of your reserve must be sent by e-mail with the reservation code of each tourist program required.
The confirmation will only proceed after we receive your on-line reserve or a guarantee deposit 50 %
The guarantee deposit is a payment in advance, which is not refundable if the reserve is cancelled.
The total payment of the packages / tours must be made 60 days prior of the beginning date of the travel program.
Is responsibility of the passengers to bring their arrival and departure information at proper anticipation.
In case the passenger .requires pick up from a different point than the one set in the program - itinerary, must have to coordinate in advance with Peru Top Adventure.
Parts of the package / tour not used by passenger due its own decision will be not refunded if package / tour is going on.

Penalties:

Every cancellation made by passenger before 60 days prior the beginning date of the tour, must be subject to a penalty of US $ 140 of the non-refundable deposit plus US $ 25 of administrative expenses.
Every cancellation made by passenger within 59 and 31 days prior the beginning date of tour, must be subject to a penalty of 45% of the program price plus US $ 25 of administrative expenses.
Every cancellation made by passenger, between 29 or less prior the beginning date of the tour must be subject to a penalty of 100% of the program price.
The reserve of the programs for Inca Trail is not refundable in any case.

Hotels in Travel Programs:

As it is shown in each program, the rates are fixed by person, and by the number of night specified.
Peru Top Adventure reserved the right to replace hotels of the same category or higher.
It is limited the number of single and matrimonial rooms.

Train in Travel Programs:

You will get the information of the itinerary with the category of train service to the development of tours, suppliers of inland waterway transport services are monitored in a direct and permanent manner to ensure a quality service.
Peru Top Adventure, reserves the right to substitute the services of the same category because of strikes or social problems.
The Train tickets are e-tickets the passenger only can show the passport of identification document at the counter and give the confirmation code, then you can pick up your boarding pass or ticket.
Passengers may contact the transporter one day before the departure, in order to reconfirm the departure hour. It can change.

Buses in Travel Programs:

You will get the information of the itinerary with the category of tourist transportation service to the development of tours, suppliers of bus transport services are monitored in a direct and permanent manner to ensure a quality service.
Peru Top Adventure, reserves the right to substitute the services of the same category because of strikes or social problems.
The Buses tickets are e-tickets the passenger only can show the passport of identification document at the counter and give the confirmation code, then you can pick up your boarding pass or ticket.

About documents:

The passengers must carry with themselves a passport or travel document depending on their nationality, it is legal rule in Peru.
About Baggage
Baggage transportation is limited to 44 lb (20 Kg) per passenger for all domestic flights and local land carriers if there is no other indication.
The owners have the responsibility of their baggage, unless the baggage has an own insurance.
Smalls objects as video or photo cameras, binoculars, bags, umbrellas, etc. are responsibility of their owners, and is recommendable to get an insurance.
Is recommendable to carry all the baggage well closed and with personal identification.

About Air Transport – Land Transport:

The airlines or land transport companies have no responsibility for any act or event that passengers may suffer while these are not aboard the plane, train or bus.
When the package or tours include a promotional rate air or land and the customer to change the departure date is subject to a penalty.

About Meals:

In all flights and land transportation, meals and snacks are given to passengers according to Transport Company.
Some tour programs include the meals specified in the itinerary, these are described as: (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner).
All other meals are responsibility of the passenger.

About Execution of Reimbursement of the Packages, Tours, Accommodations or Transport Tickets:

If for any reason out of our control, the Tourist Services Operator Company stop bringing any service: hotels, meals and or transportation as indicated in the travel program, a reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim or write out authorization from any of our local or foreign agents.
Refunds for cancelations requested by passengers will be processed within 30 working days after received the passenger claim. The refund will be subject to the penalties in each case.
No claims will be considered if made later than 60 days after termination of the tour.

About Responsibilities and Obligations the Travel Agency Peru Top Adventure:

Obligation of services non-given due negligence from Go2Peru or our personnel, will be limited to the real cost of the omitted services and excludes all consequences or indirect costs.
In that eventual case, Go2Peru will make its best effort to bring arrangements of similar value, subject to availability.
Peru Top Adventure, to publish these tourist services, Tours, Tourist Packages, is responsible for the confirmed services, to provide the services and accommodations offered to passengers, as are declared in the itinerary of the program and published in our Web Site.
The passenger accepts that Peru Top Adventure has not obligation and is not responsible for the services offered not provided in case natural disasters, severe weather conditions or any other acts of nature or any cases that cannot be anticipated. Also the passenger recognize that Peru Top Adventure will be no responsibility for the services offered not provided in case of strikes, accidents, political manifestations or any public act outside the control of Peru Top Adventure. In this case, the value of the contracted service will not be reimbursable.
If for any reason the transportation chosen by the passenger (bus, flight, train, etc.) don't arrive to destiny at the date and hour programmed for take tour or program reserved Peru Top Adventure deny all responsibility for not bringing the tour or package services; these services will not be reprogrammed. Peru Top Adventure, will only provide the service from the portion that corresponds from the arrival of the passenger, the portion of the program lost for this reason is not refundable.
Peru Top Adventure, if by reason of emergency reserves the right to alter the program of any package / tour this will be always to the benefit of the passenger.
Peru Top Adventure will send all e-tickets and confirmations of services through the e-mail given by passenger in the reservation form.
Services brought by this system are intangible, so if for any reason passengers don´t take the services at the scheduled date and hour, must assume total cost of them
Peru Top Adventure, will be pending the displacement of the scheduled tour, monitoring the compliance of the same in a direct way, being responsible for the transfers considered within the program.
